Self-confidence is the basis of a happy life, whether it is private or at work. If you have insufficient confidence in your own abilitieswell functioning is not easy. Together with your coach, you will investigate where exactly your triggers lie that undermine your self-confidence. You’ll discover where the shoe pinches and with small adjustments you push your limits. With each boundary you move, you will come closer to yourself. Eventually you will experience that you can rely more on yourself. You’ll feel better and you can easily handle the challenges that come your way.
