An experienced (25 years) and enthusiastic coach at heart. After studying Communication Science, Ellen has developed herself as a trainer, coach and teamcoach in the field of Communication. She supports employees and managers in various subjects, such as: “how to manage your time?”, assertiveness, “how to improve on your self-confidence”, maintaining a good work-life balance, how to engage in a (team) conversation, questions like “is my current role right for me?”. Alongside this role, she provides coaching to teams, to improve team alignment, collaboration, self-organization, how to be more entrepreneurial and innovative. She has worked for, or still works for, several organizations, such as DSM, Isala, several municipalities and SMEs. She has a very natural, practical and thorough way of coaching. She has international experience (she worked in several countries, among which Indonesia,Moldova, Switzerland, and Tanzania), and she loves to work with people from different cultures.
