Bas

Bas uses his sharp eye and ear for what is not being said, to quickly get at the heart of the matter. He helps you to explore the key points in your question or your challenge. Bas will support you in your process with his ability to read people, his experience and his analytical mindset. In doing so he will never let you down, but the ball will always be in your court. Bas was first trained as Physicist and graduated later with a degree in Psychology. He made his career climbing up from rank and file to sales and marketing manager. Bas started his business as Work and Organizational Psychologist in 1998, providing consultancy, training and coaching. He coached a.o. for ASM Europe, Philips, LUMC and the Dutch air traffic control organisation LVNL. In 2014 Bas started his post graduate study as specialized Coaching Supervisor and now provides supervision for experienced coaches and consultants.
