Dealing with change

Krachtig coachtraject van vier sessies

In most organizations Change is a given fact. Sometimes change energizesand other times it  can be stressful. Maybe you are ‘tired of change’ because your job changes continuously and with it your own future perspective. If you experience more and more difficulty when change occurs, you can take a close look at your reaction pattern with your coach: do you usually adapt? Or do you resist? And how do changes affect your job satisfaction and health? You will find a way to deal with the changes more powerfully while finding and guarding your own direction.
