A senior coach is the ideal independent sparring partner. You have every opportunity to present your question and, together with the coach, organize your thoughts and come to a decision (or an idea or plan). You can also leave practical matters for what they are and discuss recurring themes in your work and examine your own undertow. Or do you want to push your limits, confront yourself or broaden your perspective? Mirroring can be extremely challenging, but always yields a lot.
