Handling resistance

Krachtig coachtraject van vier sessies

People do not resist change, they resist being changed (Peter Senge). In general, people do not like changes that are imposed and can –sometimes strongly- resist. In your work you will probably have to deal with resistance, from yourself or from employees or colleagues.

How do you handle that?

A coach helps you to examine your thoughts about resistance and look for effective tactics to deal with them in a better way. With the final outcome that you’ll experience resistance as an opportunity. Change can be fertile breeding ground for taking the right steps forward.
