Sometimes you feel that the rubber band is stretched too much. You are no longer able to ‘pull yourself together’. Little things can easily upset you. Your resilience seems to be exhausted and people frequently tell you that you’re ‘making a big deal out of nothing’. Coaching can help you to develop more resilience. You will be more aware of your pitfalls and can deal with the challenges of life and work more easily. Because the coach seeks the depth with you, your resilience will not only increase in the short but also in the long term.
