Competency development

In your work you are most motivated, effective and successful when you do work that is close to who you really are. When you can fully utilize your competencies or further develop them. It is therefore smart to plan a regular check-up. With a coach you can decide on which behavior or skills you want to develop. You also reflect on what the organization wants from you and how that effects you: does it give energy or does it drain energy?
