Karin has been working as a personal-, leadership- and careercoach since 1997. First at KPN, than 11 years at Right Management and since 2010 at her own company Zonconsult. She is also an experienced manager at both operational-, tactical- and strategic level. As a senior coach she coaches professionals and leaders with questions about their personal growth, effectiveness, leadership development and career. Karin is dedicated and curious, gets to the key question fast by combining her analytical thinking, pragmatism and sensitivity.
