Fit towards the finish

When people reach the age of 55, new questions arise. Is it time to deepen or broaden my experience? Or is a switch better and is that still possible? Besides questions, there can be concerns. About health, shifting pension ages, change of responsibilities or job loss. It is important that these employees are offered the chance to make the right decisions. In our Fit towards the Finish programme an employee follows two programmes: financial coaching and career development coaching. A specialised career development coach looks into the future of the current job and looks at wishes and possibilities. The financial coach gives an insight in financial side of these plans. Most of the time more is possible than ever expected.
