Since 2006 Karla has been working as a independant personal-, leadership and career coach/counselor. She started her career at van Ede & Partners (career counseling) and the Johan Cruijff Institute(coaching & training).
Besides working for OnzeCoach she is a coach for de Baak (leadership and personal development) and senior consultant for Ownpower (culture change tracks in organisations; Accountability & Mindset).
As a senior coach her work is focused on helping individuals and groups in a distinctive and compelling way. Her background in theatre helps and inspires her clients.
