Bertine has a long-term experience as career counselor, as coach and team facilitator. In 1995 she started with Work Wise, a medium sized consultancy and training office in professional, personal and organizational development. Until that time, she lived and worked in Southeast Asia. Since 1996 she is working as a management coach and intervisor for executives and professionals who are responsible for change processess. Next to that she has been a manager for Education and development. What is of particular interest to her is people’s motivations. What she does is applying a straight to the point approach on the basis of what is available. She investigates people’s true potential and the possible extension of their unique abilities. Making the right choices and taking the right decisions is of the essence in this process.
